1) It should be in gmail
2) It should be in the following format

eg. Rajarajan KR - hcsrajarajankr@gmail.com
Deepak Anil Gupta - hcsdeepakanilgupta@gmail.com
3) Send a mail from this new email ID to "holycrosscomputerclub@gmail.com" with your name and class
